I haven't found a concise list. The best I have is to do a dummy exchange for programmes where I am already registered with MR and the exchange ratio shows.

I believe MR points transfer to bmi at 1:1 and to Starwood at 2:1 - confident about bmi, not sure about Starwood but I'm sure others will confirm the detail.
