Rental Car With Under-21 Driver?
My family will be vacationing in Pennsylvania for a couple of weeks this summer. I would like my daughter, age 21, to be able to share driving of the rental car. Are any of the car-rental companies agreeable about letting young people such as her drive? Would adding her as a driver add to the cost?
