I do not know if the W2US3 fare qualifies for this offer, but it is three times the lowest economy fare. However, the fairer comparison would be "W" versus "T".

Thank you dennis! that was very helpful. So you are saying W fares are the cheapest full fare flights eligible for the merrill offer (excluding the W2US3 fare)? Also, is there a way on the british airways website to find out the fare code of the flight? Thanks again for your help!
