The offers requires the purchase of a "W" fare. Here are some BA fares NYC-DXB in August to illustrate:

SHXRCNA BA S Round-Trip 650.00 (USD) Lowest Economy fare

THXRCNA6 BA T Round-Trip 1050.00 (USD) Lowest Premier fare
W2US3 BA W One-Way 962.00 (USD) Lowest W fare
W BA W One-Way 1122.00 (USD) Full W fare

I do not know if the W2US3 fare qualifies for this offer, but it is three times the lowest economy fare. However, the fairer comparison would be "W" versus "T".
