Well, we could start a list (and did in an old thread) with me on it.

convenience ... unlimited upgrades would be nice ... oh, that's NW, not DL

price ... everyone's about the same in competitive markets ... and as for CASM NW is $0.082 vs. DL's $0.084 ('02 figures from Fortune) and yes, they're both losing money ... seems like parity here

comfort ... I won't do DL TundraJets when I get NW DC-9's and Avro's with F seating (heck even their Scarebus 319's & 320's are better than a TundraJet).

DL's numbers look pretty bad overall ... as do all the majors. Not a good time for any carrier to watch your long-time customers
leave? (For fun comare the number of NW or AA people asking about DL comps to those going the other way.)
