UDL Helper: I'm not buying any DL tickets, K class or otherwise, because DL's competitors are consistently beating you on convenience, price, comfort. I'm not taking discretionary trips as in prior years to maintain my elite status, because there is no longer any "there" there in SkyMiles. You won't miss the reduction/loss of my business...but how many more are there like me?
