I have someone who has been a loyal Delta flyer and wanted to go BOS to LGA next week. Delta offers "off-peak" shuttle pricing, but only with 7 day advance purchase. US Air offer the same off-peak pricing, but without the 7 day restriction. Difference is about $200. Guess which airline they will be taking?

Another case where Delta makes it difficult (almost impossible)to be a loyal customer.
