A CP1 (22K miles max) would set you back a published rate of AUD6589.00 in J cabins. ual.com shows the lowest SFO-IAH-SFO in First as USD794.70, but most were pricing more up in the USD1600 range.
A STAR1 in J would set you back the published rate of AUD9,419.00.
6 of one, half dozen of the other.
