Yep. I was on a CO 737 a year or two ago where two lap babies had been assigned the same row (one mother/child in 5A and another mother/child in 5C). I was just starting to feel really sorry for the poor fool in 5B (who wasn't traveling with either mother/child) when the FA made one of the mothers move to a different row expressly because of the oxygen mask issue.
