I've been saving miles for ages via tesco, amex and some flying.

I have 2 amex (2 for 1) vouchers, which I have to use by Oct 06 and Feb 07 - I have extended the by 6 months already.

My scenario - there seems to be very, very little redemption availability in club or first anywhere I want to go: Los Angeles, San Fran, Vancouver in club or first all have no availability for two people.

Questions:
1) Is there any likelihood that more availability will occur nearer the dates
2) Can I extend the vouchers any more?
3) Which destinations have good availability generally - am mainly thinking north america / canada or carib?

Any advice gratefully received.
