Ciao Tony -- I'm quite fond of Cardero's, in fact I have been there on each of my last three visits to YVR and will do so again in about three weeks. It's primarily seafood and is located a very pleasant walk (enjoy the yachts and seaplanes) along the waterfront from the Fairmont in the direction of the Westin/Stanley Park.
