Skylink is free, runs airside (inside security) and should take no more than 10 minutes between any two stations.

If you have to exit security (and you may on the return, to clear customs?), there is a free bus called TerminalLink that will take you. It's slower.

You can also walk. The high numbered D gates are connected to the low B's, so it shouldn't be too long a walk.
