Have had nothing but great experiences dealing with IACE, Kintetsu Travel is also pretty reliable for great deals on NW tickets to Japan. Used IACE to get a $650 ticket on one weeks notice for travel during Obon, and Kintetsu for an $800 ticket on 3 days notice leaving on Dec. 26 and returning on Jan. 4. I have never payed more than $800 rnd trip to KIX by using these two agency.
