Surcharge for A345 flights on RTW tickets?
I was reading the RTW rules and it says that there is a surcharge for the LAX-SIN and EWR-SIN flights. I haven't seen it or missed it on FT before. So if I book LAX-SIN (1 stop) and then change to LAX-SIN (non-stop), how would they know? Is RTW ticket booked in different class than non-stop flight?
