Newbie questions:
-AAJetMan: "I had booked a reservation on AA.com, put it on hold, and called AA to change it to an AAward reservation."

Does that mean we can't book international AAward on line? Or because it involved partner airline that we need to speak to a real person?

Does AA charge us to book award by phone? I know Delta does. UA?
