That sure works for me, but since I'm mostly not interested in the SEN and HON rows, I'll happily choose exit rows in GER/EU Y, or a bulkhead "mom with lapchild" row in longhaul C. In GER/EU C, I'm always offered row 1 or 2, which are indeed blocked of for SENs and HONs. There, you'll find me in row 2.
