funny lately Ive found that the Elite line takes longer then the Non-Elite line, thats a killer.
Line management at EWR is very poor....dedicating one lane to the EA line defeats the purpose of making it faster. EA customers should be directed to the shortest WTMD line ahead of the general passenger line, not corralled to wait for their own machine.

I think most customers will walk down the first two sets of stairs, which takes them to either the 7x or 10x security checkpoints because the bulk of the check-in positions are located at that end of the terminal (including the BF counters). The 13x position is too far away for most people to find after check-in, except I believe for certain flights that check-in at the far end of the concourse.
