I still love the PHT (which is ideally located for my work) and its staff, but I feel the hotel is showing a lack of imagination and innovation under the current GM. Japan above all is the country of continuous improvement. Staying unchanged, even at an extremely high level, is not enough -- especially with all the new luxury hotel competition arriving on the scene.
