Black Berry Enterprise Server Express

I stumbled across the website for BES Express but it lacks information on what the system requirements are. Since I run my own private Exchange 2003 server at home and I'm semi-interested in having a BB, and BES Express is practically free in this situation.

Anyone have experience in what the system requirements are, and if you get the same feature set as in BES?
