I think they are up to Zone 7-8 now.. since I saw some boarding passes yesterday... but I agree, I think group 2 also includes US credit card holders since my SO is now Zone 2 now rather than Zone 6... even on a W fare. These "extra" zones might because they diluted Zone 2.
