Very true! Not to mention our UX agents take a little while longer to process anything other than "Here is my bag. Thank you.".
Btw, what would I happen if I tried to use this (or any other paper upgrade instrument) and tried to use OLCI and/or the eKisok? Would/will it refuse to let me checkin?
