What I don't understand is - if I am buying a ticket via a consolidator on Eva - how do I earn the miles? Do I request the AA codeshare? Will this then still give me the good ticket price? In case it matters I'd be flying their Evergreen Deluxe service kinda like premium economy. Thanks
Unfortunately, you can only earn miles on EVA by booking the AA codeshare. You can definitely request the AA codeshare with your TA, but in my experience, the AA codeshare is much more expensive than buying the BR-coded flight.
