From the postings here I know you can earn AA miles from the codeshare flights AA has with EVA.

What I don't understand is - if I am buying a ticket via a consolidator on Eva - how do I earn the miles? Do I request the AA codeshare? Will this then still give me the good ticket price? In case it matters I'd be flying their Evergreen Deluxe service kinda like premium economy. Thanks
