I got lucky on the HNL-SYD route of my trip and I managed to move to the 3 middle seat of the first bulkhead in the mini economy cabin.

On the way back I got a nice UA agent and she assigned me exit rows all the way

If you get to pick which exit row, select the one at row 19, the seats in front of you cannot recline.

Also, as is with any AC 763 flight, there are many versions of the seating arangements inside the plane. The exit rows usually align near a galley or lavatories.

If you cannot have an emergency exit or bulkhead, I usually prefer the mini cabin as it is quieter.
