I received a new card within three weeks, and it works. But where is that chair? No reply to the e-mail I sent a month ago. What does KLM call itself again? The reliable airline?
At least I have enough other chairs to sit on. Imagine if the prize had been won by some poor slob in northern Mozambique, with 11 kids but not a single chair to his name!
