This is a true mileage run I am doing all the way from Europe to SD with lots of connections to maximize the number of miles.

I will be getting into SD airport on the 27th late night and taking off back to the East coast early morning. No sightseeing.

I checked La Pensione and their standard rooms were booked full.

I even thought of staying in the airport airside and not bother going into town. Would that be safe, you think?
Just an idea...
