I had my briefcase stolen and had a carbon bump voucher for $800 in it. I called SWA and explained what happened and told them to be on the look-out for the voucher # so the thief couldn't use it. SWA offered one-half of the amount back in Gift Certificates. I explained that I was a good customer, and was a victim - they agreed and mailed me $50 gift certificates good for one year from the date of the original voucher.
