This begs a question: why does CO advertise almost exclusively in NYC? Yes, I see CO ads in local newspapers and on Astros telecasts, but I never see CO TV ads nationally. I see numerous ones for UA, AA, WN, and some for DL, but none for CO. I think that they could reap the benefits of AA pulling 75% of capacity out of Texas markets due to the revamped Wright Amendment. Nobody knows about CO's added capacity, and this might serve them well. Also their DAL-IAH runs that give Love Field the only outlet to the world (assuming that the flights are not cancelled, like they were on Sunday!
