Into SPG then out again into LH. On the UK programme it works at 1 MR = 0.5 Starpoints = 0.5 LH Miles. Not great, but could be worse.

Have you got the UK LH credit card? 6,000 miles for free if you sign up, plus 1 mile per £1 spent.
