I'm not sure that can be predicted except maybe pull the seat map on the day of departure and change seats if possible.

What I've seen in the seat maps recently is that on the multi configured aircraft, you can only assign row 14 ahead of time which will get you in the exit row. Row 13 (and I think 15) are blocked so that no one gets into the exit row that isnt supposed to be there, and no one books a seat thinking its the exit row to find out if its not.
