I was on the phone with BA at the same time and saw that the cancel "button" was highlighted-- tried it and it worked... The agent on the phone said that they this was new and was part of a number of upgrades they are doing right now--- but where are the fare classes??
But this isn't new
I have not had to use the cancel option myself, but on all my full fare bookings made online I have had the option of canceling until 24 hour or so before the flight for ages now.
