You can now Cancel full fare ticket on line
^ I just managed to cancel a full fare ticket on line!! No £15 charge anymore!! ^

I was on the phone with BA at the same time and saw that the cancel "button" was highlighted-- tried it and it worked... The agent on the phone said that they this was new and was part of a number of upgrades they are doing right now--- but where are the fare classes??
