I'd do it.
This flight has become something I do a couple times a year now and it's ALWAYS been packed(mostly with German tourists heading home it seems) when I've been on it.
It's a 763, so not as good as a 744 or 772 IMHO, but the loads mean that you can forget about having an empty seat or row next to you to splat out on in Y.

It's a dinner flight, so there's also the appeal of getting fed and getting some sleep.

The service I've had on it has always been impeccable and the ACs I've been on have always been in pretty good shape.

Again, it tends to be rather popular, so if you're going to do it I'd get on the stick before inventory disappears.
