expiring MCO (Miscellaneous Charges order)
I have an expiring MCO. If I book a trip with MCO and eventually cancel will the $100 penalty be deducted from the fare and allow me to rebook at a later time with whatever value is left, or will the $100 peanlty be charged to my credit card?
