I was looking at a reservation I have, booking code HPXPXCN / HPSPXCN, and whenever I click on fare rules, I get:

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later, or contact your booking source to change your itinerary and exchange your tickets.

Any idea how I can get the full fare rules? My booking source directs me to the airline.
