As someone who is a Cockroach Preferred, I had entertained the idea of switching to DL as their service out of ACY is more to my requirements. After lurking and occassionally posting on this board, plus one attempt to fly DL that ended in an unmitigated fiasco, I can say with near certainty that DL will NEVER get a significant portion of my business. The level of arrogance is unreal. and you're right compared to Mullin, Ben & Dave at US look like Gods in comparison.
