Arrival into BOM 9 yrs ago, we beat BA by 10 minutes. Our flight required 10 wheelchairs and that 10 minutes + 10 wheelchairs made BA crews waited for over 1 hour long as their flight required over 30 wheelchairs and BOM airport apparently only have a handful of them.
