I've sent a note off to NW, via https://www.nwa.com/talk/ttu.html, explaining my concerns with breakdown in process, my intent of continued patronage, but my request for milage in apology for a breakdown in process delaying an already delayed flight. I don't expect anything, but this lack of consistency is very frustrating.
