Sincere apologies, you all are right . I realize I don't know my own country's laws ! We (in Italy) must have gone mad and so id's/passports are asked for browsing in internet cafes/bar with wifi/etc. Those who want to hide for any reason will laugh for this but it's disturbing all the others..crazy world..
