I crossed the 20K mark for the year a couple of weeks ago (currently 21,271). Since then the system has been showing "14 nights or -1,271 points needed" for higher status, with me still as a Club Member. After a week or so, I called customer service; the agent advised me that his screen showed me as Gold Member, and mumbled something about my status not updating online until the end of the quarter. Is this normal?
