However I never noticed to be given any window seat by the system itself afterwards but only by asking for them individually each time. I doubt it is very sofisticated ...
However, myy recent experience is that "my" HON contact point knows my seat preference inside out, and theyy automatically give me the seats..
On a 747, ranking is 83A,83C,83K,83H
On a 340/ 330 1A,2A,1K,1H
On a small plane short haul window row 1-3 with seats blocked.
Oh and if together with daugther
747 81a/c, 81h/k
340 1 middle
this works perfectly for me, but this is individual service not some automated system.
