I thought it a good value and a good place especially if looking for a good boutique property and not overpaying for it. Some rooms are better than others so that can certainly play a role in how its perceived, but I think it's even then still a good value overall. Also I think it works better for leisure trips than business trips. Another issue is that the place is more routinely fully booked nowadays and for longer stays this can pose an issue.
