It"s all part of the process. NW will say they tried this new TEST and in didnt (quite) work. (but: it was the slow passengers, with the carry-ons) that made the (QuikBoard_TM) not work. Therefore we will have to charge $5 for the convienience of bringing your roll-along aboard, justifing their game and blaming YOU
