Maybe Delta's reponse will be to put us on CRJ's all the way to the west coast now...!!
It seems they can't match JetBlue's comfort & service so they just offer less at a higher price.
Delta's reponse should be higher service rather than stripping down the product.
If JetBlue or AirTran partnered with an international for awards, I'd be there in a heartbeat.
