The wife and I are test packing for our international trip next Monday to Okinawa, Japan (VPS -> DFW -> KIX -> OKA). We have one 28" rolling case and a 25" rolling case each, 4 suitcases total. All of them under 58 linear inches.

We have packed *only* clothes + 1 pair of shoes in each bag and the 28" comes to around 52 lbs, the 25" comes around 42lbs. I hate shoving any more then I have to into the 25" ones, but I'm wondering if its something I'm going to have to do to distribute the weight per their policy.
