It works great. I flew JFK-NRT and back earlier this year and having internet access sure makes the flight more enjoyable. Dont know if it would be worth it in coach if you couldn't plug your laptop in but business class seats have power outlets built in and you connect via wireless card. Connection was very good generally but there were a couple of times when it was lost but never for more than a couple of minutes. I'll be using it again next week on ORD-NRT.
