Well, it's great that the problem is finally solved. But WHY should it ever get to this? Compared with SPG, the system is a JOKE. Ok,(some) Hyatt hotels are nice..but the time spent trying to fix problems caused by Hyatt's incompetence in respect of points and stays is beyond the pale. I have never heard from or of the Gold Passport Concierge, despite numerous complaints to GP about missing stays, missing points, missing bonus points, Missing stays relating to FFN ( making it impossible to use earned points). More often than not the sytem DOES NOT WORK or if it does, far too slowly
