Miles credited to the wrong FFP - What to do?

Hey..

I took a quasi-MR in Feb to LAS. A trip that I needed to make, but booked as an MR to rack up some extra miles. I flew YOW-YYZ-YVR-DEN-LAS outbound. When I checked in using the automatic kiosk in YOW, I got all 4 BP's, however with my Aeroplan number on the first 2 segments, and my UA MP number on the second 2 segs. I asked at the counter, and the guy told me that is was a mistake but he was sure all miles would be credited to my AP since it was the FFP# on my res. I didn't think this was trueas my MP# was on the 2nd two BPs but I didn't have time to get into it too much as I didn't have time to waste.

When I got to YVR I called AC from the MLL, and they told me that on my res in their system they had my AP#, they didn't have my MP number anywhere, so all the miles will go to AP.

After returning sure enough I was right, the 1st two segs credited to AP, the second two to MP. The last 2 segs were only 1700ish miles so I didn't bother making a big deal about it.

But now, after an upcoming trip. I will end up with 33478 EQM so far this year, and had those extra 1700miles gone to my AP, it would make me E before my next trip later in the summer.

So......... Does anybody know if it's possible to get those miles into my AP and out of my MP? Or is that flat out not possible once they credit. I knew I should have made a bigger stink with AC when I noticed it.... oh well!
