Priority boarding is not a standard Star Alliance benefit. However, most *A members offer priority boarding to their own Silver members only.

United are the only *A member I know who offer pre-boarding to *S. Of course, in many cases priority boarding is a pretty academic concept - you rarely see it on short haul flights within Europe for example.
