Perhaps I wasn't clear. I wasn't suggesting changing the origin, only the destination once the first international sector of the ticket has been used. If you begin in CAI, you can end in DOH, BAH, IST, anywhere that OW classifies as "Europe". The ticket doesn't need to be re-issued, but there will be a penalty fee for the change ($125 I believe).
